Climate Studies Investigations Manual

  • Investigations lead students through the analysis and interpretation of the most current climatological datasets
  • Two investigations per textbook chapter, for a total of 30 lab-related investigations
  • Each investigation is self-contained in the manual, or may be supplemented using Current Climate Studies on the RealTime Climate Portal

As each Investigations Manual activity is self-contained AMS Climate Studies course materials are available to instructors in their entirety prior to the beginning of a term.

Instructors wanting to have their students study the most current climatological datasets may choose to supplement the Manual investigations with Current Climate Studies prepared weekly on the RealTime Climate Portal. View this year's schedule for the Current Climate Studies.
